  • Standard (3–5 business days) — Free over $150, otherwise from $8
  • Expedited (2 business days) — From $20
  • Next Day (1 business day) — From $35

Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS. Rural and non-contiguous states may require additional time.

Canada

  • Express (2–4 business days) — From $25
  • Economy (5–9 business days) — From $12

Duties/taxes calculated at checkout where available; otherwise due on delivery.

Europe

Processing & Cutoffs

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship same or next business day.
  • Peak periods and launches may require 1 extra day to hand-finish and prepare.
  • Weekend/holiday orders ship on the next business day.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking is emailed once your label is created. It may take 12–24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
  • Multiple-item orders can ship in more than one parcel; you’ll receive tracking for each package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International: duties and taxes are either prepaid at checkout or collected on delivery depending on your country.
  • Refusal of delivery due to duties/taxes may incur return shipping and processing fees.

Address Types & Restrictions

  • We ship to residential and business addresses. PO Boxes may ship via USPS only (service limitations can apply).
  • We currently do not ship to freight forwarders where fraud risk is identified.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: delivery times vary by military mail routing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Contact [email protected] within 30 minutes of ordering for address or item changes. We’ll do our best to help before dispatch.
  • For shipped orders, please use the carrier’s change options or arrange a hold for pickup.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Items

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your parcel, please check with household members, neighbors and building staff first.
  • Report issues to us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged parcels: keep original packaging and provide photos for a swift resolution.

Sustainability & Packaging

Our packaging is purposefully minimal: recycled paper mailers or recyclable boxes, paper-based tape, and garment protection with minimal plastics. We consolidate items where possible to reduce emissions without compromising garment care.

Pre‑Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked pre‑order, your payment method may be authorized and charged upon shipment. We ship when all items are available, but you can request split shipments through support.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Email support within 30 minutes of placing the order. If already shipped, use the carrier’s address change tools or arrange a pickup hold.
Signature required?
Orders above $500 may require a signature. If you prefer no signature, reply to your confirmation email and we’ll advise options and liability.
What if my package is delayed?
Weather, customs, and carrier network issues can cause delays. Your tracking page will show the latest scans. Contact us if the parcel hasn’t moved for 3+ business days.
